We use the following third-party services to operate ForgeMRP:

  • Supabase— database hosting, authentication, and file storage
  • Vercel— application hosting
  • Stripe— payment processing
  • Resend— transactional email delivery
  • Sentry— error monitoring
  • Intuit QuickBooks Online— accounting integration (when you authorize it)

Each third-party service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • AES-256-GCM encryption for third-party integration tokens
  • Row-level security policies on all database tables
  • Secure authentication with hashed passwords

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal and business data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
