What You Can Do

• Quotation — Build detailed quotes with part breakdowns, materials, operations, and markups. Send professional PDF quotes to your clients by email.
• Purchasing — Send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to your suppliers, compare their responses, and create purchase orders. Suppliers respond through a dedicated portal — no account needed on their end.
• Jobs — Convert approved quotes into production jobs. Each job tracks the parts you need to make and the materials required.
• Production — Break jobs into work orders assigned to specific equipment. Use the production board to see what's running, what's queued, and what's on hold across your shop floor.
• Inventory — Track raw materials and purchased items so you know what's in stock before you start a job.
• Settings — Configure your company profile, tax numbers, equipment, manufacturing processes, team members, and integrations.
